Main Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities of a Store Manager include supervising the daily operations, managing resources, and overseeing stock, staff, and sales management. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient management of resources and effective customer service delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Manage budgets, maintain financial and statistical records, and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Deal with customer complaints and queries, and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Oversee stock and pricing control, and optimize store profitability and productivity.
  • Motivate staff to meet sales targets, and ensure best-in-class customer service delivery.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have commercial awareness, confidence, resourcefulness, and excellent organizational skills. You should be able to work effectively in a team, communicate verbally and numerically, and have excellent IT skills. Enthusiasm, executive skills, and problem-solving skills are also essential for this position.
