• Repair high-quality auto body damage using up-to-date methods and industry standards.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including welders, cutting torches, sanders, and spray guns.
• Inspect and repair or replace defective parts to ensure vehicles meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's status.

• Minimum three to five years of auto body repair experience.
• Familiarity with extensive body repairs, including metal pulling, roof repair, stud welding, rocker panels, and multiple panel repairs.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and positive attitude with a desire to work in a team setting.

• Experience with computerized estimating and management software.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to auto body repair.
