**Job Summary:**

**Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide direct and indirect patient care services, including assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient progress.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, social workers, and other nursing staff, to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective transfer of information and promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
  • Certified as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Mexico or hold a compact state license.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly in emergency situations.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
