**Your Key Responsibilities:**
Provide individualized treatment plans for patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
Build strong relationships with patients and their families, promoting a sense of community and trust
Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and technologies

**What We Offer:**
Competitive salary range $68,000 - $93,000 per year, depending on experience

**Requirements:**
Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience preferred
Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification highly valued
