We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Palomar Health. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic medical radiographic procedures and studies with a thorough understanding of standard radiography and fluoroscopy.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic medical radiographic procedures and studies with a thorough understanding of standard radiography and fluoroscopy.
- Utilize radiographic equipment in the operating room environment.
- Assist physicians, interpret orders, and explain procedures to RNs, patients, and families.
- Secondary responsibilities include a thorough understanding of the department operations to assist non-technical staff in processing paperwork, films, and expediting patient transportation.
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) certification.
- 2 years of experience in radiologic technology, with a preference for 4 years.
- Associate's degree in radiologic technology or a related field.
