Medical Laboratory Technician Full-time Hospital Evening Position

We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our team at Avera Sacred Heart Hospital. As an MLT, you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of disease by performing a variety of chemical, hematologic, microscopic, and bacteriologic procedures. Your attention to detail and ability to work accurately will help ensure that patients receive timely and effective care.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have an Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field and be certified as a Medical Laboratory Technician within one year of hire date. You will work Monday through Friday, with occasional day hours for the clinic included, and rotate every 3rd weekend and holiday for overnight shifts from 11pm to 7am. The full-time position is based on 80 hours every 2 weeks.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $31.75 per hour, dependent on experience.
