Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective human resources and training strategies to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR and training professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs and services.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize training needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Design and deliver training programs that are aligned with the company's business objectives and are tailored to meet the needs of our employees.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors to ensure access to best-in-class training solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to human resources and training.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in human resources and training, including 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Degree/diploma in Human Resources or Hospitality Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
