At StockX, we're revolutionizing the way people connect with their passions. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you'll play a vital role in empowering our global customers to explore new interests and hobbies.

As a seasoned leader, you'll oversee a team of 15-20 front-line agents who deliver exceptional customer experiences through chat, phone, and email. You'll work closely with your team to achieve CS team goals, hit key performance metrics, and implement process improvements. With your expertise, you'll lead initiatives around team member engagement, focus groups, and special projects that drive business results.

What You'll Do:
  • Day-to-Day Management: Monitor employee time cards, performance, PTO, and other essential tasks.
  • Queue Management: Partner with Workforce Management to optimize team member placement based on service levels.
  • Team Meetings: Facilitate regular meetings to discuss progress, provide feedback, and set goals.
  • Coaching and Development: Foster growth and development among team members through thoughtful coaching and consistent feedback.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the CS Quality Assurance team to identify knowledge gaps and create action plans for improvement.
  • Results-Oriented: Motivate your team to achieve results, monitor key performance metrics, and ensure an outstanding customer experience across all channels.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in processes and work with relevant teams to rectify them.
  • Change Management: Lead your team through change management using a servant-leader approach.
  • Team Captain Development: Assist in developing assigned Team Captains.
  • Recognition and Feedback: Monitor CSAT scores, provide recognition, and offer feedback based on customer reviews and feedback submitted by Team Captains.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with team members, peers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Engagement Strategies: Create action plans for increased engagement based on TM feedback and our annual TM Engagement Survey.
About You:
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years of managing others in a call center environment with a proven track record of building trust.
  • Customer Service Background: Minimum 4 years of Customer Service or related experience, with increasing responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, Slack, and other common office software.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical skills necessary to resolve complex problems requiring a professional level of business knowledge.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage large workloads and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pursuant to various pay transparency laws/acts, the estimated base salary for this role is $60,000-$70,000, plus opportunities for benefits (e.g., medical, dental), equity, and discretionary bonuses.
