Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.">
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.">
  • Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.">
  • Promote patients' independence by teaching them self-care skills and empowering them to take control of their health.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • ">
  • A current RN license in the state of New Mexico.">
  • An Associate's degree in Nursing or higher.">
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.">
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.">
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.">
  • National Institutes of Health (NIH) certification.">
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, preferred.">
