Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Perfect Binding Machine Operator to join our team at our Lomira, WI location. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and running all Perfect Binders at the highest level attainable with emphasis on the gathering section.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, maintain, and run all Perfect Binders at the highest level attainable with emphasis on the gathering section.
  • Produce and maintain best attainable quality.
  • Assist in evaluating personnel and production capabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with shift supervisors as required.
Requirements
  • Goss Perfect Binder experience is a plus.
  • Must have in-line mail experience, knowledge of perfect binder operation, knowledge of mailing operations, and equipment.
  • Good mechanical aptitude, ability to read, understand, and follow binder guides.
  • Ability to train and direct crew members, self-motivated.
  • Excellent attendance record, satisfactory job performance in current position, excellent safety record, and work habits, positive attitude, and team player (able to work with others).
  • Must be able to work a compressed 3-4 day work week geared toward balancing work and family life, including 12-hour rotating shifts (either 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.) including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
