Clinical Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Operations Manager to lead our Opioid Treatment Program. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in clinical operations, specifically in substance abuse treatment.

BayMark Health Services is a progressive substance abuse treatment organization committed to providing high-quality patient care in a comfortable outpatient clinic setting. Our ultimate goal is to address the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of opioid use disorder to help each of our patients achieve long-term recovery and an improved quality of life.
The Ideal Candidate:
We seek a self-motivated individual with exceptional leadership skills, organizational abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, generate ideas for growth and development, and execute and monitor recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) clinic
- Participate in interviewing, hiring, training of clinic staff
- Evaluate, manage, counsel, and terminate subordinate personnel
- Develop, monitor, and provide reports on key performance indicators of clinic measures and react accordingly
- Collaborate with OTP Medical Director, Psychiatric consultant, OTP Compliance Manager, and QA/QI activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, operational efficiencies, and implement them
Required Qualifications:
- Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Strong understanding of clinic operations, particularly in substance abuse treatment
- Familiarity with HIPAA, federal, state, and CARF standards and regulations
- Proven leadership and organizational skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel
Salary & Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(K). Generous paid time off and excellent growth and development opportunities are also available.
