Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and dispensing
- Verify patient information and medication orders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pharmacy Technician certification or registration required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
- PTCB National Certification
