Job Overview

The Customer Service Specialist 2 provides exceptional customer service to the Facilities Management team, including Parking Administration, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include generating and issuing maintenance and custodial work orders, assisting with parking and locker registration, and supporting special events and guest parking requests.

Work Interactions

The Customer Service Specialist 2 reports directly to the Director of Facilities and interacts with other department managers, staff, students, faculty, and directors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • 3 years of work experience
  • Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite proficiency
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Time management skills
Work Mode

This position is located on campus and requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range

The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position is $27.33. Compensation is determined by a number of factors, including the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
