Job Summary

The Crew Leader will oversee a team of professionals in the industrial cleaning services sector, specializing in hydro blasting and vacuuming. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field and strong leadership skills to ensure the crew follows company and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead crews and provide feedback to ensure job duties are completed according to company and client policies
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly
  • Have specific knowledge of Hydro Blast Pumps and Liquid Vacuum and Air Machine Trucks
  • Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, familiarizing with necessary equipment
  • Inspect work sites and equipment before commencing work
  • Complete Job Safety Analysis and safety paperwork
  • Communicate updates with clients
  • Complete time sheets and admin paperwork
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in hydro blasting and vacuuming
  • Valid Driver License
  • Pass a Hair Follicle Drug Screen
  • Pass all Required Background Screens
Working Conditions:
  • Work at industrial owner facilities
  • Perform manual labor for service lines
  • Respond to emergency calls 24/7
  • Able to work shifts up to 12-16 hours
