Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining complex calendars and scheduling meetings with multiple parties across time zones.
  • Answering phones, coordinating conference calls, and rolling calls.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, processing travel and expense reports, and supporting music-related tasks.
  • Identifying ways to streamline information flow and workflow.

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years of experience as an entertainment assistant, with a strong understanding of the music industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to think outside the box and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Ability to manage a demanding schedule, prioritize tasks, and respond to client requests.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, Outlook, and other technical tools.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to changing priorities.
