Job Description

Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and supervise a personalized care plan with goals and programming to address the needs of each patient.
  • Conduct detailed assessments and reassessments.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to RBTs.
  • Develop and monitor data collection.
  • Provide parent training.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with patients and their families, responding to questions in a timely manner.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments.
  • Communicate with the Clinical Director on a regular basis.
  • Provide a weekly update or facilitate team meetings.
  • Uphold regular treatment integrity checks.
  • Adhere to relevant CPT codes.

Qualifications:

  • BCBA Certification issued by the BACB.
  • Meet licensing requirements for your state of employment.
  • Experience in the field of ABA (experience as an RBT will count for newly certified BCBAs).
  • Confident verbal and strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including prolonged periods of walking, running, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and stooping.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
