Coatings Specialist

About the Role:
The Crosby Group is seeking a skilled Coatings Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and remove surface grease and dirt from product using industrial cleaning equipment.
* Apply protective coatings to products using spray painting techniques.
* Operate overhead cranes safely and efficiently to move products and equipment around the facility.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
* Perform routine maintenance on spray booths and painting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 1 year of experience in industrial spray painting preferred.
* Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
