Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Branch Office Support team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
About the Role
The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for providing exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed. This includes taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year and actively listening for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
Responsibilities include:

- Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the ability to deepen and broaden client relationships, identify opportunities to create efficiency, work independently, manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment, and be proficient in current and new office technology. Additionally, you should be willing to learn how financial services/markets work and be able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.

Compensation Package
