Residential Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Patient Support Specialist to join our team at Oasis at Crescent. As a key member of our residential care team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to residents in their daily lives.

• Provide Outstanding Patient Care
• Assist residents with daily activities, personal hygiene, and mobility needs
• Ensure Resident Safety and Well-being
• Monitor vital signs, track food and liquid intake, and report changes to medical staff
• Communicate Effectively
• Interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in New Jersey
• Current CPR Certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on industry standards for similar roles in the area.
