Job Description

As a Speech Pathologist with The Celebrate Group, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting initial and ongoing speech evaluations according to ASHA standards of practice and state standards.
  • Developing Plans of Treatment for each patient based on initial and ongoing evaluations, including short- and long-term goals, collaboration demands of other staff members, and required patient and caregiver involvement.
  • Implementing Plans of Treatment on a consistent schedule and adjusting as needed to ensure patient progress.
  • Documenting patient progress according to approved medical documentation and facility procedures.
  • Reporting patient progress to patients, caregivers, facility staff, and healthcare professionals involved in ongoing treatment/care.
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge through attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, etc.
