Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company's operations
  • Assist in setting HR objectives and systems, including metrics and reports for ongoing business needs
  • Manage employee benefits, compensation, and performance programs
  • Recommend new policies and procedures to improve HR efficiency and enhance employee experience
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal HR regulations and update policies as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on values and purpose-driven decision-making
  • Excellent problem-solving, reporting, and analytical abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
  • SHRM certification preferred
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and HRIS systems
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and cultural awareness skills
  • Detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
  • Ability to adapt to change and learn new technologies as needed
