Job Description: As a Parent Coach in the Greater Keene NH Area, you will work with families involved with the child protection system/DCYF using Family Time Coaching techniques. You will empower parents to focus on their strengths, help them set family goals while respecting their unique family culture, and support attachment building that allows their children to return home safely.

About the Role: This is a part-time flexible position (preferable availability of 2:30 PM - 8:00 PM M-F with some weekends). You will coach parents by engaging in age and developmentally-appropriate activities with their children such as playing games, reading books, or sitting on the floor with them. Regular reflective supervision, Department Team meetings, and support from other program team members are provided.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have an Associate degree with two years of related social services or 4yrs of relevant experience related to the position. Applicants with parenting experience are a plus. You must also be at least 22 years of age, due to DCYF requirements. Additionally, you will need a valid driver's license with Motor Vehicle background check, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance that meets agency standards. You should be able to lift and install car seat(s) according to the position requirements.
