Job Summary:

The Project Manager 2, Workday Team Support is responsible for managing all aspects of a project, from start to finish, to ensure timely completion. This position will support the Workday configuration team and Workday Mergers and Acquisitions related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project activities, including change request management, content management, communications, meeting coordination, and data conversion activities.
  • Partner with the Workday Configuration Team to track and manage change requests, documentation, testing, shared mailboxes, and associate communications.
  • Coordinate and own ongoing meeting cadence management for the Workday Configuration Team and HR Tech M&A team.
  • Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
  • Understand the importance of following established guidelines/procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years Project Management related experience
  • Workday exposure and knowledge
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
  • This role is required to work on Eastern Standard Time Zone hours

  • M&A exposure and knowledge
  • Project planning and execution experience
