We are seeking an experienced Print Press Operator to join our team. This role involves operating high-quality printing presses to produce printed labels while maintaining exceptional quality control.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $21.50 per hour, plus a $1.50 shift premium, resulting in a total compensation package of approximately $$23.00 per hour.
In addition to a generous hourly wage, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and 401(k) matching.
We also provide paid holidays, including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day, as well as two floating holidays.
Responsibilities- Operate high-speed printing presses to produce printed labels.
- Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure consistent product quality.
- Monitor press conditions and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet customer demands and achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in printing press operation or related field.
- Prioritizes safety protocols and adheres to company guidelines.
- Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
