Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Management Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with clients and managing risk.

About the Role:

  • This position involves managing a high volume book of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance business, ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time.
  • The ideal candidate will grow client loyalty by building positive relationships and providing high levels of advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication.
  • This role includes handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies, as well as marketing renewal business.
  • The successful candidate will maintain a thorough understanding of the markets and their appetites, underwriting guidelines, submitting procedures, and review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
  • Responsibilities also include completing loss/claim analysis and summaries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of Commercial Account Management or Commercial Underwriting experience is required.
  • A Property & Casualty License is necessary.
  • CIC designation or equivalent is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and insurance are required.
  • Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), are essential.
  • Applied/Epic or similar agency management software experience is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members.
  • They should be self-motivated and driven, with a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to actively listen and problem solve with minimal assistance, are crucial.
  • Multitasking, prioritizing, and using discretion surrounding sensitive information are also essential.
  • Able to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.

Estimated Salary Range:$75,000 - $110,000 per year.
