Your Role:

Crafting individualized intervention plans to identify the needs and strengths of each child, and leading a team to achieve the highest standards of care.

Mentoring aspiring behavior analysts and technician teams, while collaborating with colleagues to set high standards for BACB professional adherence.

Protecting patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, accompanied by current BCBA certification.
  • Proficiency in behavioral assessments and intervention plans.
  • A passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families.
  • Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary up to $115,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000. Additionally, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
