Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry Unit
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Telemetry unit at NavitsPartners is responsible for evaluating patients, assisting physicians, and providing patient care. Key duties include:
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans for assigned patients.
- Identifying patient needs and determining care priorities through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Providing therapeutic nursing interventions and managing patient care.
- Documenting care following standards of practice and patient acuity.
- Advocating for evidence-based practices and supporting innovations in care delivery.
- Providing patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice models.
Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry experience.
Education & Certifications:- Required Education:
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Preferred Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Telemetry Certification or Telemetry Competency Exam
- Required Certifications & Licensure:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license
English (Speak, Read, Write)
