About the Role:
This is an intermediate-level position that requires a strong foundation in mechanical and electrical systems. As a Mechanic III, you'll be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on our equipment. You'll work closely with our production team to ensure seamless operations and identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues, using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including safety procedures and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of combined training and experience in maintenance and manufacturing environments.
- Proficient knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including safety procedures and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
