Job Summary:

At D&b Virtual Communication, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through various communication channels. Your primary focus will be on handling incoming calls, resolving customer inquiries, and placing orders via our online order management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing our online order management system.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively advise clients on order status and resolve inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with company processes.

Requirements:

  • Home phone (landline), headsets, and a computer with Windows XP, Windows XP Professional, Windows XP Home, Windows 2000 Professional, or Windows 7 (32 & 64 Bit) are required.
  • MAC OS, Vista, or Windows 8 are not supported.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (EST) and 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (EST). Enrolled participants must attend all instructor-led sessions during scheduled times. Course sessions are held Monday-Friday and delivered by an instructor certified in the course material.
