We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Development Specialist to join our team in Oxford, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining desktop and web applications using C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, Win Forms, DevExpress, MS SQL, and Entity Framework. This role requires strong programming skills, a deep understanding of web development principles, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance desktop and web applications
Design and implement user interfaces, web services, and database-driven functionality
Design, develop, and maintain MS SQL Server databases, tables, stored procedures, and functions
Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application performance, reliability, and security
Implement best practices for software development, code optimization, and system documentation
Support the PDB (MES) system

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, and web development technologies
Experience with DevExpress controls and tools
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, T-SQL, and database development tools
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
