We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our Cardiac Surgery department at Dignity Health Mercy General Hospital. Our team of eight PAs work with a total of seven cardiovascular surgeons, in one of the top cardiac surgery programs in the state.

As a Cardiac Surgery Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in major cardiac surgical procedures, endoscopic and open vein harvesting, and have experience with a high-volume CT surgery program. This is primarily an OR position, with occasional rounding on inpatients on an as-needed basis.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $90.38, with call pay and overtime pay included. Additionally, we offer a $15,000 sign-on bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of one year of experience as a Cardiac Surgery PA, completion of a Physician Assistant training program recognized by the NCCPA, NCCPA certification and CA Physician Assistant License, and BLS and ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association.

Qualifications:
