Supervisor Imaging Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor Imaging to join our team at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington. As a key member of our imaging services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality imaging services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and evaluate the performance of imaging services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize quality and efficiency.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement operational and capital budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Act as a liaison between physicians, staff, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Associate of Science degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience in area of licensure required.
- Previous leadership training and experience preferred.
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) certification required.
- Basic Life Support certification required upon hire.
