Job Summary:

Responsible for performing and processing echocardiographic examinations, including two-dimensional, three-dimensional, M-mode, Doppler, and special procedures. Assists with emergency procedures, transports equipment and patients, and analyzes and files echocardiographic data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs and processes echocardiographic examinations of all testing modalities
  • Assists with emergency procedures and transports equipment and patients
  • Analyzes and files echocardiographic data utilizing digital computer analysis systems
  • Assists in developing and maintaining internal training programs and in technical instruction of echocardiographic techniques
  • Performs mobile Echo service as directed

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Cardiac Ultrasound Training Program
  • ARDMS or RCS Certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Working Conditions:

Work is typically performed in a clinical environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures.
