Firefighter AEMT Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Firefighter AEMT to join our team at Global Medical Response Inc. As a Firefighter AEMT, you will be responsible for responding to emergency situations, providing medical aid, and participating in fire suppression activities.

• Respond to fires and emergency situations in a timely and safe manner
• Provide medical aid to injured parties at the appropriate level of training
• Participate in fire suppression activities using hose and nozzle work, hand tools, and other equipment
• Operate Company vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist in the maintenance of fire and rescue apparatus, tools, and equipment
• Perform routine non-firefighting work tasks, such as record-keeping and paperwork

• Valid Driver's License
• Alabama Advanced EMT certification
• CPR/AED credentials
• AL/IFSAC or Pro-Board Firefighter II certification
• Hazardous Materials Technician certification
• Driver/Operator - Pumper certification
• Completion of NIMS ICS-100, 200, 700, and 800 at time of hire
