As the Talent Development Lead, you will play a crucial role in advancing AgroLiquid's talent to new heights through strategic succession planning, career development, and skills enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Career Pathing & Development Planning:

  • Collaborate with managers and directors to identify future leaders and create career pathing plans.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and track succession opportunities in alignment with career pathing plans.
  • Implement and manage competency-based job descriptions and processes to measure outcomes, identify skill gaps, and align teams with organizational goals.
  • Create synergy between talent acquisition and development efforts.

Coordination & Facilitation of Organizational Training:

  • Manage training resources (both external and LMS), facilitate enrollment, and track skills-based training.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors required for organizational success and future needs.

Talent Development & Acquisition Strategies:

  • Oversee the long-term growth and development of our recruitment staff.
  • Develop and manage acquisition strategies, including networking, pipeline building, budget management, and integration with succession planning and career development.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in organizational and talent development, with a focus on succession planning, career pathing, and training organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience managing recruitment teams or developing strategic plans linking recruitment to talent development.
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Creative, conceptual, and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
