Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Expert for Air Force Projects to join our team. This role will support the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office (AFRCO) and other US Air Force combat and sustainment activities.

About the Role
As a Financial Planning Expert, you will be responsible for managing the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. You will also provide staff support and perform analysis of program funding for all PPBE phases and other budget exercises.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the PPBE process to ensure accurate and timely financial planning and execution
- Provide expert financial guidance and support to senior leadership and project teams
- Analyze program funding trends and develop cost-estimating models and life cycle cost estimates
- Conduct cost/benefit analyses, affordability analyses, and other cost assessments as required
- Develop and implement financial management plans to ensure compliance with federal, DoD, and Air Force regulations and policies

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business-related fields such as accounting, finance, or economics
- 15+ years of experience in financial planning and management, preferably in a government contracting environment
- Special Access Program (SAP) experience is highly desired
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under aggressive schedules and demanding performance requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and classified accounting systems
