**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Establish new client records and maintain accurate information databases.
  • Assist with firm marketing efforts, including client gifts and notes to referral sources.
  • Manage invoicing and collections communications, ensuring timely payment from clients.
  • Process physical mail and email, forwarding documents to the appropriate personnel as needed.
  • File all documents in both physical and electronic formats, adhering to established company processes.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or paralegal in a civil litigation practice.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and other relevant software applications.
