Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Mildred Mitchell-Bateman Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will provide comprehensive inpatient mental health services to patients in need of specialized care.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
* Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions to support patients in improving their overall functioning and well-being.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth clinical operations and provide guidance and resources for ongoing care.

Requirements

* Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Education from an accredited college or university.
* One year of full-time or equivalent part-time experience working with the mentally ill, with volunteer experience considered for experience.
