At AMA Techtel, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rural Territory Sales Director to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in their career.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales activities of our rural territory, developing business plans to meet or exceed sales targets, and working closely with our Marketing Director to generate leads. They will also oversee the performance of the territory, tracking community assessment needs, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating ongoing development of the market.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, have a strong work ethic, and be dedicated to providing great customer service. Previous experience in a sales-related role is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales objectives
  • Manage organizational sales objectives, including revenue and expenses
  • Meet company and individual sales goals
  • Track sales goals and report results as necessary
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the rural territory
  • Coordinate with Marketing on lead generation
  • Provide ongoing support in the market
  • Promote our brand and products

Requirements:

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
