Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, managed by East West Hospitality. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and crafting memorable experiences for every guest, upholding Starbucks Brand Standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Master the menu, preparing beverages and food items with precision according to established recipes.
• Provide exceptional service and ensure smooth operations, enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
• Passion for hospitality and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
