We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Paper Mill Intern at our De Pere, Wisconsin plant for Summer 2025.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Production Team in achieving safety, quality, production, cost, and product development objectives of a paper machine process line.
- Support machine manager in leading a paper machine process line, including daily and long-term activities.
- Drive continuous improvement and support operations/maintenance efforts.
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Enrolled in a Paper Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or similar Engineering degree program.
- Strong technical aptitude and proven problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
