About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Engineer to join our team at Leidos. As an Energy Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical reviews of energy efficiency projects and supporting energy-efficiency programs at large industrial and commercial facilities near Detroit, Michigan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical reviews of energy efficiency projects and support energy-efficiency programs
  • Develop or review custom energy calculation savings estimates for energy efficiency projects
  • Manage relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Demonstrate knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical degree
  • Two plus (2+) years of relevant experience in energy efficiency and/or energy management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
