Key Responsibilities:- Lead by Example: Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, mutual respect, and outstanding morale.
- Drive Sales Growth: Collaborate with the Team Leader to achieve sales targets, analyze reports, and implement strategies to boost sales and revenue.
- Mentor and Develop: Select, train, develop, and motivate Team Members to excel in their roles, providing timely feedback and performance evaluations.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Work with the Team Leader to resolve team concerns, maintain accurate records, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
As a successful candidate, you'll possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. With at least 18 months of retail experience and 6 months of supervisory experience, you'll be well-equipped to lead a high-performing team and drive business results.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, hospitality)
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations-related applications
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
