Business Development Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Professional to join our team at Wise Auto Group.
A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Job DescriptionThis role involves interacting daily with customers, sales managers, product specialists, finance managers, and service advisors to provide an exceptional vehicle-buying experience.
- Responding to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, and providing information to guide customers throughout the car buying process.
- Providing a consultative selling approach to match vehicles to customer needs.
- Transitioning customers effectively from phone and internet contact to their in-store experience.
- Using technology to prospect and create new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will be able to set and achieve targeted sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Potential career path opportunities include Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and Internet Director.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A valid sales license
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven ability to sell and meet sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to work with technology
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid vacation, holiday, and sick pay.
