Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, for this RN Labor/Delivery position working night shifts.

Job Description:
As an Obstetric Nurse at Williamson Health, you will provide holistic obstetric and neonatal care while meeting patient needs through emotional support and education. Your role involves comprehensive assessment, individualized care planning, and safe medication administration in a high-pressure environment. Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university. Additionally, you should be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. You must also be able to lift with assistance up to 250 lbs. Familiarity with fetal monitoring, labor and delivery procedures, and obstetric patient care is essential.

Performance Standards:
As an Obstetric Nurse, you will be expected to meet performance standards by planning individualized patient care, identifying problems/needs, setting attainable outcomes, and modifying plans as needed. You will also be responsible for accurate documentation, safely administering medications, accepting charge responsibilities, and facilitating staff development.
