Job Summary:
Munson Healthcare seeks a skilled RN House Supervisor to oversee the operations of our inpatient nursing units. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional patient care and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on assigned shifts.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve quality patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience.
  • Monitor and manage unit budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Michigan.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in acute care setting, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong administrative and leadership skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary:
$93,500 - $113,000 per year, depending on experience.
