Surveyor Lead

The successful candidate will oversee surveying activities on construction projects, ensuring high standards for safety, quality, and productivity. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and overseeing surveying teams to achieve accurate project execution.
• Utilizing GPS machine control equipment to ensure precision and efficiency.
• Conducting project oversight from primary control points to producing as-built surveys.
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure survey accuracy and efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Virginia Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license, preferably.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in GPS machine control equipment and related software.
• Proven leadership skills with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Experience in project oversight, from establishing primary control points to producing as-built surveys.
