Drywall Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Drywall Estimator to join our team in Washington DC. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for developing estimates for commercial projects, managing subcontractors, and preparing detailed cost analysis.

• This is a full-time position that requires 8+ years of drywall estimating experience.
• You should have a strong understanding of construction operations and processes.

1. Develop estimates for commercial projects, including material and labor costs.
2. Manage subcontractors and ensure timely completion of projects.
3. Analyze bid data to prepare detailed cost estimates.
4. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance estimate accuracy and efficiency.
5. Present estimates to management for review and approval.

• High School diploma or equivalent with proven experience in drywall estimating.
• 8+ years of experience in drywall estimating, preferably with On-screen Takeoff / Quick Bid software.
• Familiarity with formal procurement and submittal processes, such as RFQ, RFI, and RFP.
