Job Title: Private Duty Homecare Nurse

Interim HealthCare of Augusta is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Homecare Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced nurse to join our team and provide one-on-one patient-centered care to patients with complex medical needs. As a Private Duty Homecare Nurse, you will work closely with our patients and their families to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide continuous care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the patient's physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure that all needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Active Georgia Nursing License (LPN or RN) or Compact Nursing License from a participating state.
  • BLS Provider CPR Certification.
  • Recent TB Skin Test or Chest X-Ray.
  • Experience working with patients with complex medical needs, including those with feeding tubes, tracheostomies, and home ventilation.
