Adventist Health Sonora and Foothill Specialty Group are seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider to join our dedicated team in beautiful Sonora, CA. You'll collaborate with three other physicians, working closely to deliver exceptional patient care.

Assumes total care of patients under the direction of a physician in our clinic. You will be joining an established practice with three physicians and over 50 years of combined experience. Your ability to assist and perform procedures in the office and OR that include nasal endoscopies, epistaxis control, foreign body removal, and allergy assessments will be crucial in providing excellent care to our community members. The position is full-time, but the hours can be flexible. Training will be provided, but ENT experience is preferred. Relocation available for up to $3,000.

Wage Scale: $138,000 - $208,000/year

Total compensation may vary based on additional services, including call coverage, administrative services, performance bonus, etc. Compensation may also vary based on productivity after initial guarantee period.
Education and Licensure:Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Current California NP License or PA License.
BLS through American Heart Association.
